Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will serve as the operational anchor for recruiting, ensuring a seamless, efficient candidate experience and driving scheduling excellence.

You will manage complex interview schedules, coordinate communications with candidates and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support a fast-paced hiring environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar fast-paced admin role
• Proficiency with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever
• Strong track record of scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting
• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with efficiency and a positive candidate experience
• Serve as primary candidate liaison, providing timely updates and support throughout hiring
• Maintain meticulous candidate records in the ATS and share updates with recruiters
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare interview materials and information

Who you are

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role
• ATS Expertise: Proven proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever)
• Workflow Efficiency: Strong track record of improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams
• Prioritization Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools

What the job involves

• 120-day contract (40 hours per week) - $40 per hour

• In this critical role, you will serve as the operational anchor for talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and memorable candidate experience
• You will manage complex interview schedules, streamline candidate communications, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive scheduling excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers
• Candidate Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey
• Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information
