Job summary

HTU in Minnesota is seeking a dynamic recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and collaborate with Account Managers to map top accounts and target skill sets across key market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts, provide customer service support, and engage in community volunteering initiatives while benefiting from a competitive pay and strong commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
