Job summary

HTU in Connecticut is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, screen interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to define target skills and markets. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, provide customer service, and participate in community volunteering and partnerships.

Compensation starts at a base salary of $50,000 with weekly commission after training, rising to $60,000 after one

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
