Job summary

HTU is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and collaborate with Account Managers to pinpoint top accounts and market segments. You will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads while performing customer service tasks.

Community volunteering partnerships are part of the role. You should have a customer or sales mindset, teamwork experience, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
