Job summary

Actalent in Houston, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to launch careers of engineering and sciences professionals. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting managers to source and screen candidates, and guide consultants through onboarding.

We offer a 13-week paid training period, starting base salary of $45,000 with raise to $55,000 after year, plus quarterly bonuses, a top performer trip, 401(k), health benefits, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to placement.

• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Coach consultants for interviews and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with skill sets.
