Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment with remote work eligibility for approved states. You will own full-cycle recruiting, prospect proactively, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to hit aggressive metrics.

Two monthly hiring classes—about 40 and 10 hires—signal the scale. PeopleSoft experience is not required. This role emphasizes speed, quality, and collaboration across teams to meet deadlines.

Focus: High-volume call-center recruiting, with potential clinical recruiting
