Overview

Recruiter Remote

SPAR is growing! We are expanding the Talent Acquisition recruiting team. Come join us as this is a great opportunity for anyone who is a recruiter or has recruiting experience and is looking to grow their career. We provide training and support to candidates with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed. As a Recruiter, you will engage active and passive candidates for full and part-time field positions within the organization. You will work with candidates and Hiring Managers to conduct interviews and guide the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition from application to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the candidate management process with the hiring manager, solidify the offer process, and secure candidate acceptance
  • Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community-based organizations
  • Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skills profile
  • Review resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates. Clearly communicate expectations of the position to the candidate
  • Conduct behavior-based pre-screen interviews via telephone daily. Evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage the candidate in the opportunity, and present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager
  • Manage the hiring process for selected candidates

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers
