Job Description: Recruiter at a High-Growth Startup

Own recruiting at a high-growth startup with a loyal customer base, many of whom are recruiters like you. This is a full-time, on-site position in our New York office. Note: This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work independently without needing constant direction or permission.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all recruiting activities across the East Coast, from sourcing to hiring.
2. Formalize and own the Comeet recruiting process, coordinating with key stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies.
3. Recruit for all organizational roles, including technical, sales, and support positions.
