About the role:
To further this important mission, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter (Contract, Full-Time) to join our growing team based in our NYC office. This person must have previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment and is very comfortable with managing and balancing volume and highly specialized hiring simultaneously. You have a team-first mindset and can work seamlessly across all levels in a company. You understand how to work in a team that is building processes for scale and are excellent at finding top talent for every position as the company grows fast. You are both strategic and hands on and thrive in fast paced, ever changing environments. You have deep business acumen and you put the customer first in all that you do, and you are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who considers Tomo has a unique, once-in-a-career experience and becomes a brand ambassador for Tomo Mortgage. You are a strong collaborator and are known for your influence skills and get things done approach!

This role will be based in our NYC office on a hybrid schedule up to a few days per week as needed for onsite interview support.
Compensation:
The expected hourly rate for this role is $70-$75 per hour.
