One of our companies is currently looking for a Clinical Recruiter in New York, NY. We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support the growth of a rapidly expanding healthcare platform by sourcing and hiring top-tier physicians. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and hiring teams to develop strategic recruiting campaigns, optimize candidate pipelines, and manage all aspects of physician recruitment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and excited about the opportunity to shape clinical teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a fully remote position, with flexibility and autonomy at its core.

Accountabilities:
  • Source, engage, and recruit qualified physician candidates across various specialties
  • Create compelling job postings and manage listings across multiple platforms
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment from outreach to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring priorities and timelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and records
  • Develop and execute diverse and inclusive recruitment strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in physician or APP recruitment; radiology recruitment is a plus
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and a data-driven mindset
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
