Job summary

Pplwise is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring for tech and go-to-market roles within the Nordic markets. This fully remote freelance position leverages your local network and market insights to drive fast, data-driven hiring decisions.

You will forecast needs, choose optimal channels, and ensure a superb candidate experience while collaborating with the wider pplwise team across multiple countries. Flexibility and autonomy are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting in startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic talent market.
• Understanding of how tech organisations are structured at different growth stages.
• Comfort working independently as a freelancer in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Decisions based on data and facts.
• High standards for stakeholder satisfaction.
• An ambitious, collaborative mindset.
• Fluent Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish, plus fluent English, written and spoken.
• Speaking more than one Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client's hiring goals end to end, in tech or go-to-market and business roles.
• Source and engage candidates across the Nordic market using local network and market knowledge.
• Manage stakeholders proactively, acting as a strategic partner who spots bottlenecks and solves them through clear communication and critical thinking.
• Build and run hiring forecasts.
• Choose the right channels and strategies with urgency and backward planning.
• Use recruiting systems and data to drive decisions before and during each search.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Work closely with the wider pplwise team, giving and getting support on sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.
