Job summary

PeopleLink is seeking a Recruiter to join our Nashville, TN team. You will help our customers solve strategic staffing issues by developing the right candidate pool and staffing placements for customers within light industrial roles.

Join our in-office team and contribute to screening, interviewing, and hiring processes using our established workflows. Ideal candidates have recruiting experience, strong communication, and comfort with MS Office and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or High School diploma (or equivalent)
• At least one year recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s processes for screening, interviewing, and hiring employees
• Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data in systems
• Log and document all applicant, employee or client communications
• Maintain client and personnel files according to filing system
• Understand and discuss client bill-rates within cost factors and budget
