• Associates degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) and/or equivalent business experience.
• At least one year of recruiting experience or equivalent
• Strong affinity for business development and outside sales, including service/marketing calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates using all available resources.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate work ethic, skills, and fit.
• Maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data in systems.
• Document communications and job orders in real time.
• Maintain client job descriptions and understand billing and budget factors.
