Job summary

Peoplelink is seeking a Recruiter to join our Louisville team. You will help connect talent with opportunities in light industrial roles, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates with clients.

The role operates in-office, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, with commission on top of base pay. The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or High School diploma (or equivalent) or equivalent business experience.
• At least one year of previous recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.
• Strong affinity for business development and outside sales, including service calls and marketing calls.
• Above average communication skills to communicate with clients and candidates in both written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Develop the right candidate pool and staffing placements for customers within light industrial roles.
• Utilize and follow the company’s processes for screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
• Maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data in systems.
• Document communications with applicants, employees, and clients in the systems.
• Maintain client and personnel files and update job orders and descriptions.
• Discuss and understand client bill-rates within budget and cost factors.
• Recruit qualified candidates using all resources effectively.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate work ethic, skills, and abilities per company process.
