Job summary

Teleperformance in Las Vegas is seeking a recruiter to review and pre-screen applications for contact center roles, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 2 years recruiting and interviewing experience, strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting; knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with employees, management and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be fast learner and quick problem solver.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Ability to think innovatively with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience.
• Excellent attendance history is required.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
