HR-1 is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Intern to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Hercules Materials Holdings LLC. • Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn role requirements and business needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with recruiting reports and basic metrics analysis.
• Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events as needed.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
