EmployBridge, LLC is hiring for an in-office Recruiter role in Saint Louis, MO. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and is not remote or hybrid. You will work to attract candidates, manage a pipeline, and coordinate screening steps to place workers with our clients.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting with a sense of urgency, working with 40+ customers daily, and leveraging MS Office tools to manage postings, data, and communications.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
