EmployBridge, LLC in Hanover, MD is seeking a Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will be responsible for high-volume recruiting across production and manufacturing roles, meeting tight deadlines, and building a candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes outreach, screening, and coordination of drug screens and I-9s, with bilingual Spanish/English encouraged. This full-time, on-site position supports order fulfillment and workforce growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and staffing is preferred.
• Industrial recruiting or recruiting in manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply

• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
