Own full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, leader consultation, interviews, and offers for entry level to mid-level roles.
Collaborate with management to define roles and required qualifications, translating business needs into targeted recruiting plans.
Execute sourcing strategies using digital platforms, community networks, and other channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
Manage the interview process and coordinate assessments, ensuring candidates meet role prerequisites and selection criteria.
Formulate and negotiate job offers while maintaining accurate, compliant records in the applicant tracking system.
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience filling entry level to mid-level roles.
Track record of delivering significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract and develop candidates through offer acceptance.
