Experis in Seattle, WA (On-site) is seeking a Recruiter II for Public Sector to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume security clearance roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with a global Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of corporate recruiting experience, US citizenship for cleared roles, and hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and AI recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' corporate recruiting experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts.
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Source and evaluate candidates using ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs.
• Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Recruiter II (Public Sector) to join their team. As a Recruiter II you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter II Public Sector

Location:Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range:$42-45/hr.

Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule:M-F 9am-5pm
