• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, including supervisory/management roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web, social networks, professional platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a self-starter attitude and diligence.
• Knowledge of employment laws and experience with high-volume technical or operational recruiting.
