Descrizione del lavoro

Great teams start with a conversation! As a Recruiter II, you’ll help turn those conversations into career opportunities - finding talent, building connections, and guiding candidates from first outreach to their next exciting chapter. You’ll manage high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and bring our culture to life through candidate conversations, recruiting events, and community partnerships.

We’re looking for a relationship builder who brings curiosity, energy, and follow-through. You enjoy discovering talent, know how to keep busy hiring pipelines moving, and make people feel welcome along the way. With strong organization, creative sourcing, and an eye for what the data is telling you, you’ll help us grow one great hire at a time.

What You'll Do

High-Volume, Full Lifecycle Recruiting

  • Manage requisitions from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values.
  • Align with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and interview processes.
  • Provide recruiting updates, market insights, and recommendations while driving timely feedback and decisions.
  • Balance hiring priorities while delivering quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

Proactive Sourcing and Talent Pipelines

  • Engage active and passive candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, social media, referrals, and job boards.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, adapting sourcing strategies based on market conditions and results.

Candidate Relationships and Employer Brand

  • Build candidate rapport through personalized communication, clear expectations, and timely follow-up.
  • Connect candidate motivations with the organization’s mission, culture, benefits, and career opportunities.

Recruiting Events and Community Engagement

  • Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, networking events, and community hiring initiatives.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community partners to expand talent pipelines.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate events and follow up with prospective candidates.

Recruiting Operations and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track recruiting metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Proven ability to proactively source talent and build pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising hiring managers, influencing decisions, and driving timely feedback.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and promote career opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data; Ashby experience preferred.
  • Availability for recruiting events, occasional evening commitments, and local travel as needed.
What Sets You Apart
  • Prior experience recruiting high volumes of sales and business development professionals.
  • Experience building partnerships with educational institutions, student organizations, professional associations, or community groups.
  • Enjoys incorporating assessments such as Culture Index or Criteria into the hiring process.
  • Understanding of how AI can successful be used to compliment a recruiting workflow.
