What You'll Actually Do:

• Find top talent using job boards, social media, cold calls, and networking
• Build real relationships with candidates (think: calls, DMs, coffee chats, repeat)
• Team up with sales to match candidates to open roles
• Negotiate pay, prep candidates, and help them land offers
• Keep everything organized in our systems (don't worry - we'll show you how)
