Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to join the Clinical Recruiting team onsite in Seattle. You will partner with clinical leaders to hire physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across the nation, managing searches from start to close.

This 12-month contract emphasizes hard-sourcing, high attention to detail, and end‑to‑end recruitment while coordinating with Hiring Managers to close top candidates efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting including independently closing candidates.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Healthcare recruiting or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop networks to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and set expectations with candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and drive talent searches across markets.
• Own the offer process and ensure timely updates and feedback.
• Iterate with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.
• Handle administrative tasks for full-cycle recruiting and ensure paperwork is complete.

CONTRACT LENGTH:12 months, potential to extend based on performance/team budget

LOCATION:Must work onsite 5 days/week in Seattle, WA, parking is an out-of-pocket cost to the candidate

HOURS: 40 hrs/week, no OT/Holiday, Mon-Fri core hours

PAY RANGE: $40-47/hr

We have an opportunity to bring on a Recruiter to our growing and passionate Talent Acquisition team. As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with our clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes our amazing Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things recruiting including developing and driving the talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and closing candidates. What you’ll work on

• Manage candidates throughout hiring process
• Develop networks of people to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position One Medical
• Have effective pre offer calls and offer calls (where appropriate)
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and act as a partner and advocate throughout hiring process
• Manage and partner with Hiring Managers
• Work with hiring managers to partner on talent search - obtain needed information to execute req, provide timely updates, and advice on needs to close candidates
• Actively iterate with internal stakeholders and recruiting team to continually improve recruitment and hiring processes
• Be an advocate for candidates/stakeholders and give feedback when needed
• Manage administrative process for full-cycle recruiting
• Ensure necessary paperwork is completed to manage full-cycle recruiting, this may include but is not limited to ensuring that interviewers submit feedback, managing offer process, conducting reference checks, assisting with the immigration process
• Provide constructive performance feedback on all recruiting sources and tools

What you’ll have

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (low volume, highly strategic), and 1+ years experience closing candidates is a plus
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Recruiting experience in Healthcare and or Health Tech industries
• Display a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutions
• Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills - have high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracks
