Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Recruiter II to join our Talent Acquisition Team supporting our Systems Services Center. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and offers independence in handling complex hiring needs.

The Recruiter II will attract, evaluate and refer candidates through ATS, sourcing, referrals and on-site efforts, develop job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews, extend offers and drive onboarding to ensure timely fills of open roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years recruiting/HR experience; 4 additional years can substitute for degree; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR systems; strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. As specialist on complex technical and business matters, this work is highly independent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
• 7+ years experience in Recruiting/HR in a corporate or staffing agency setting required. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for degree. Healthcare setting highly desired
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR systems required
• Experience with handling multiple priorities/projects, working with sensitive data/situations and using solid problem-solving and decision-making skills are imperative
