Job summary

IMCS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support healthcare recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This mostly remote role requires residing in the Kansas City Metro Area with occasional onsite meetings and training.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative roles, source and screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and maintain ATS records while partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting desk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Location: Kansas City Metro Area, KS (Mostly Remote)

Contract: 13 Weeks with Potential Extension

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
