Job summary

Atrium is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple departments. You will partner with hiring managers, source and engage top candidates, screen and interview, and guide offers through closing in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with a preference for onsite collaboration in Holmdel, NJ, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally servicing MSP based clients.
• Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage top candidates through multiple channels including job boards and social networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases in the ATS and build a candidate pipeline.
