Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong pipelines, engage candidates, and collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, Ops, and Training to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in recruiting
• Experience recruiting for hourly/entry-level roles
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication
• Drive candidate engagement via calls, texts, emails, and outreach
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing needs
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training to meet hiring goals
• Track recruiting activity and maintain ATS records
• Support sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and outreach
