Job summary

Evolution Gaming in Atlantic City is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our Atlantic City operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles.
• High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
• Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
