About the Role

Join our clients team as a Recruiter, leading full-cycle recruitment high volume recruitment. This is a direct hire, full-time, onsite position focused on high-volume, year-round hiring for our New Jersey territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via social media, job boards (especially Indeed), resume searches, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Manage the entire hiring process, including background checks.
• Attend community events and career fairs to promote opportunities.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and team events.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Hourly pay: $24–$25/hr, with overtime eligibility.
