Job summary

Evolution is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our US Recruitment Team in Southfield, MI, reporting to the Recruitment Manager, US. You will source, find, and hire talented individuals to fuel our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with Operations and HR, and driving innovative talent attraction strategies while maintaining data accuracy in our systems.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using social media for recruitment and business development
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across pipelines with urgency and ownership
• Fluency in any other EU language would be an asset

• Take ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer.
• Set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews.

• Identify bottlenecks and adapt approach independently.
• Update internal systems to ensure recruitment data accuracy.
• Advertise positions via predefined mediums and channels.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners for collaboration.
• Drive innovative talent attraction strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Demonstrate accountability beyond standard hours.
• Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Recruitment Team, which is currently increasing in line with the Talent Strategy, continued success of the team and business.

The chosen candidate will work under the Recruitment Manager, US in the sourcing, finding and hiring of talented individuals to join our ever-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via a variety of communication methods and platforms we use.
• To collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off and early attrition to support long-term retention goals.
• Take full ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.
• Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the recruitment process, including managing no-shows, rescheduling, and re-engagement.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets as defined by the Recruitment Manager.
• Proactively identify pipeline bottlenecks and adapt approach independently without waiting for direction.
• Updating all internal systems to ensure accuracy in recruitment data.
• Advertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediums.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners and collaborative initiatives.
• Drive innovative talent attraction and selection strategies to support organizational hiring goals.
• Demonstrate accountability and commitment to completing responsibilities both during and outside of standard working hours.
• Champion the 'Human Element' within Evolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in any other EU language(s) would be considered an asset
• 2 to 4 years of experience working within the recruitment sector
• Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining urgency, consistency, and candidate ownership across all active pipelines
