Job summary

Trident Care in Denver is seeking a skilled recruiter to partner with hiring managers across functions and to build strong candidate pipelines throughout the full recruiting lifecycle. You will collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate searches from kickoff to approval.

The role includes screening and interviewing candidates, administering assessments, extending offers, and maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes and interviews candidates by phone or in person; administers assessments and reference/background checks; makes hire recommendations and delivers offers for exempt and nonexempt roles within a territory.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
• Uses career fairs, online job fairs, community events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develops internal and external advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Manages internal transfer process (screening, coordinating interviews, transfer letters).
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback on the recruiting process.
• Maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
• Communicates employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
• Manages candidate activity in the ATS.
• Manages resume/file retention according to company policy.
• Maintains memberships with trade/professional organizations related to the industry.
• Ability to travel as needed; approximately 15%

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partners directly with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers and negotiates employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
