• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Overview

The Healthcare Recruiter has an important role in guaranteeing talent acquisition and scheduling interviews. They are responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring of candidates. The ideal candidate has experience working with back office staff and field staff (clinicians).
