Glow is seeking a results-driven recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and G&A roles, partner with hiring managers, and drive structured processes from kickoff to offer.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate or G&A teams.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to run structured hiring processes.
• Experience with ATS tools and recruiting analytics; able to measure impact.
