Job summary

Workit Health is a fully remote, mission-driven telemedicine provider expanding access to evidence-based addiction treatment. We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition partner to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and to collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and interview processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience in HR/People Operations and hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, across clinical, technical, or operational roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within HR/People Operations.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and recruiting for clinical, technical, or operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape job requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategy.
