Recentive Analytics Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join the business and operations team in SF/Boston/Remote (USA).

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers across engineering, go-to-market, and corporate functions to build a scalable hiring engine that finds the right people at the right time. You will build playbooks, set systems, and act as the first point of contact from kickoff to offer.

Qualifications

• High Integrity and Clear Communication with stakeholders.
• Data-driven in sourcing, assessment, and closing candidates.
• Experience running high-volume searches across multiple functions.
• Able to work independently and adapt in ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with engineering, GTM, and corporate teams to fill critical roles.
• Set up playbooks and systems for scalable hiring as an early recruiting hire.
• Represent Recentive's story and culture to candidates with authenticity.
• Document pipelines, share market insights, and align hiring with business priorities.
