Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in agency, staffing, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting for temporary, contract, or contingent roles.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and niche roles.
• Screen candidates and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communications throughout hiring.
• Present qualified candidates with speed and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track activity and provide regular reporting on progress and pipeline health.
• Meet defined KPIs: time-to-fill, submissions, interviews, placements.
• Stay informed on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
