Job summary

Kahu Malama Nurses in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team. Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening through interviewing, placement, and onboarding.

You will build and maintain strong talent pipelines, engage candidates across industries, coordinate interviews and offers, and provide coaching to candidates and clients to ensure successful placements. This is a full-time role with base pay plus uncapped commission and weekly pay.

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong customer service mindset with a track record of maintaining positive, lasting relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Success working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with sound problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media and online sourcing tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, placement, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support high-volume and ongoing hiring needs.
• Interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, career goals, culture fit, and placement potential.
• Clearly communicate job opportunities, expectations, and employment details to candidates.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements, and turn those discussions into accurate, well-documented job orders.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates and employees to support successful placements and long-term retention.
• Monitor client and candidate satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Keep candidate records, recruiting activity, and placement data accurate and up to date in the company's CRM and internal systems.
• Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and activity goals while delivering excellent service.
