Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking a Provider Talent Acquisition Liaison to coordinate physician and provider recruitment in Kauai, with a mix of on-site and remote work. On-site responsibilities in the region and travel for recruitment events and candidate visits are required.

You will develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, arrange travel and lodging, and support offers and onboarding while tracking metrics. The tentative start is December 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years of professional talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare recruitment experience with third-party firms preferred.
• Knowledge of physician recruitment and locum tenens staffing.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship management.
• Hawaii type 3 driver's license preferred.

Our Client is seeking a Provider Talent Acquisition Liaison to coordinate physician and provider recruitment from initial engagement through site visits, offer coordination and onboarding. This is a direct-hire position employed by Our Client, with a combination of remote and on-site work. On-site responsibilities in the region and travel for recruitment events, conferences and candidate visits are required; the exact arrangement will be confirmed during discussion.

What you will do

• Develop recruitment strategies and build relationships with healthcare providers, training programs and external recruitment partners.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, travel, lodging and recruitment site visits.
• Support offer and contract coordination with leadership, HR and medical staff teams.
• Coordinate provider onboarding, electronic medical record training and housing logistics.
• Maintain recruitment records and metrics, monitor vendor agreements and support invoice review.
• Help coordinate student and resident rotations while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field; relevant substitutions may be considered.
• Five years of professional talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare or physician recruitment and experience with third-party recruitment firms preferred.
• Knowledge of physician recruitment, locum tenens staffing and healthcare industry trends.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, relationship management and computer skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
• A current Hawaii type 3 driver's license is preferred.

*Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on the assignment, schedule, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. For eligible travelers, total compensation may include both taxable W-2 wages and separate travel reimbursements under Domnovate Healthcare's travel reimbursement policy. Travel reimbursement eligibility and amounts are determined independently based on the employee's circumstances, assignment location, and applicable reimbursement guidelines.
