You will lead sourcing, screening and end‑to‑end hiring, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure smooth joining while consistently meeting hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in LAP, mortgage or retail assets sales.
• Experience hiring sales professionals for banks, NBFCs or housing finance companies.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of the relevant talent market.
• Ability to manage screening, interviews, offers and joining processes.

Requirements
