Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader with deep BFSI sales recruitment expertise. The role entails leading a large team, driving productivity, meeting targets, and ensuring timely closures, with work from home or Goregaon office option.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Assets, LAP, Mortgage and BFSI profiles, coordinate with stakeholders, and build strong pipelines. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing a team of at least 20 recruiters.
• Strong expertise in hiring sales professionals for banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies.
• Good understanding of LAP, mortgage, retail assets, and related BFSI sales profiles.
• Ability to drive team productivity, achieve recruitment targets, and ensure timely closures.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.
