Loup is building its first Austin office and seeks an ambitious Recruiter to join the core team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for product, design and creative-technology roles, partnering with US startups and the founder to scale the team.

You’ll have autonomy to shape your own approach, access AI-powered recruiting tools, and help grow Loup’s presence in Austin while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates who can source top product, design and creative-technology talent.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes from search to placement.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to optimize recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source exceptional product, design and creative-technology talent.
• Conduct targeted outreach and build long-term candidate relationships.
• Screen candidates and understand their experience, ambitions and motivations.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Partner with startups to define what great talent looks like for each business.
• Use AI and modern recruiting tools to work intelligently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Loup’s small, ambitious team.
• Help shape the culture and growth of our first Austin office.
