Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting operations. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You will partner with hiring leaders while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process.

This entry-level opportunity offers exposure to a high-volume environment, with room to develop foundational skills in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Interest in recruiting, HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• High attention to detail and follow through.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations and a great overall experience.
• Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed.
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre employment steps.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.
