Red Mountain Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for U.S. and Canadian positions in a remote-first setting. You will source, assess, and onboard talent across commercial, engineering, and technical roles, partnering with leadership to drive business growth.

Candidates should excel at LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel up to 15% for events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across commercial/sales and technical/engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting within energy, utilities, electrical equipment, power infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping skills.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and Canadian positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, competitor research, industry networks, and trade shows.
• Develop talent pipelines within the energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting progress, maintain candidate records, and report on pipeline activity and hiring metrics.

Key Responsibilities
