Job summary

Red Mountain Solutions in the United States seeks a field installation specialist to provide on-site guidance for power transformer and generator set installations, coordinating with customers, contractors, and on-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical guidance for the installation of power transformers and generator sets, following company-provided training and technical procedures
• Coordinate installation activities with customers, contractors, and on-site personnel to support smooth execution of installation work
• Communicate technical requirements, answer equipment-related questions, and coordinate the resolution of technical issues encountered on-site
• Guide and support on-site installation teams without directly performing physical installation work

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electrical equipment
• Previous experience with electrical equipment installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting is preferred but not required. Candidates with a relevant electrical background and the ability to learn product-specific technical requirements will also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including extended assignments of 2-3 consecutive weeks
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without employer sponsorship
