Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines.

This role is high-volume recruitingspecificto skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles(we arenotconsidering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).

• Location:Houston, TX
• Salary Range:$50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
• Incentive:$2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours:40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
• Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
