Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in Austin, TX is seeking a Skilled Trades/Construction Recruiter to source, interview, and place skilled trades professionals across multiple accounts. You will move candidates quickly through the interview process with urgency and maintain accurate data throughout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting trades, outstanding communication, and strong organizational skills. MSP/VMS experience (e.g., Aviante or Fieldglass) is a plus, with occasional evenings or

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with MSP accounts through VMS platforms is a plus.
Experience using Aviante and/or Fieldglass is a plus, with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
Build and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
Partner with account managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance.
