Superior Skilled Trades is growing and seeking an experienced contract recruiter with strong VMS experience to support our skilled trades accounts. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on national client fulfillment across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and submit qualified candidates for VMS-based client requisitions
2. Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
3. Navigate multiple vendor management systems (VMS) to track submittals, compliance, and performance metrics
4. Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to ensure quick, quality candidate delivery

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success working in VMS environments (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.)
• Skilled trades or light industrial staffing background preferred
• Strong multitasking skills—comfortable managing 20+ open requisitions at once
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and job boards

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000
• Total compensation potential: $80,000 – $110,000+ (base + commission)
• Full benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, and wellness programs
