Job summary

The Advance Group Staffing in Michigan is seeking a Recruiter to drive talent acquisition by identifying, engaging, and managing a diverse candidate pipeline for various roles. You will ensure a professional candidate experience and collaborate with hiring managers to align requirements with team needs.

You will manage interview scheduling, maintain ATS data integrity, and provide timely updates to applicants.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or professional service role.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment software & ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate candidates for various roles using recruitment tools.
Maintain and update ATS to ensure data integrity and seamless transitions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate candidate-hiring team communication.
Provide timely, respectful updates to applicants for a high-quality experience.
Participate in on-call rotation.
