We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates, then matching them with the great companies we work with. The ideal Recruiter candidate has experience in staffing, customer service, or hospitality, is customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter position is a full-time, in-office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in Pleasanton, CA.

Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking
• Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
• Perform Reference Checks
• Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Pre-screen for Core Positions
• Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
• Market Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
• Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients
• Other Duties as Assigned

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to Speak Spanish, Mandarin or Vietnamese is Preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Experience in Staffing, Hospitality or Customer Service is Required
• Associate’s Degree or higher is Preferred But Not Required
• Must be Able to Type 30 wpm
• Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills are a Must
